Overview

A Craftzing group company, Sagacify specializes in the design and deployment of AI-powered automation solutions for businesses across various industries. I hold a dual role combining strategic project management with hands-on involvement in the delivery of complex, innovative tech projects.

I manage several concurrent high-stakes projects spanning sectors such as finance, legal, industry and public services, with a strong emphasis on AI, process automation and digital transformation. My role bridges the technical teams with the clients, ensuring smooth delivery and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

◎ Project management : End-to-end oversight of multiple AI and automation projects simultaneously, from scoping and planning through delivery and handover.
◎ Functional analysis : Translating complex client needs into structured functional specifications, bridging business and technical teams.
◎ Stakeholder management : Regular alignment with client-side stakeholders across multiple industries, including C-level reporting and governance meetings.
◎ UX/UI oversight : Supervising user experience design to ensure AI-powered interfaces are intuitive and aligned with client expectations.
◎ Coaching : Supporting team members and client teams in Agile practices, project workflows and change management related to AI tool adoption.
◎ Reporting : Internal and external reporting on scope, timelines, risks and project health for all active engagements.

Client: Pairi Daiza

Leisure & Tourism

Development of a custom operational management tool for Pairi Daiza's Horeca and retail points of sale (restaurants, breweries, shops…). The tool automates staffing planning based on expected daily visitor attendance, factoring in zones, roles, schedules and operational modes per point of service.

Management of a cross-functional team of 5 people: full-stack developers, ML engineers and MLOps

Insurance & Mutual health

Business process digitalization project for Neutra, a service company of a Belgian mutual health insurer. Sagacify's scope covers two critical components: Skwiz, an AI-powered data extraction solution, and a custom-built reimbursement calculation engine.

Skwiz: automated extraction of structured data from medical and administrative documents (hospital invoices, mutual receipts…) using AI models based on LLMs and few-shot learning
Calculation engine: built from scratch to compute reimbursement proposals based on Neutra's business rules, caps and deductibles; featuring a front office validation tool for operators and a back office for rule administration
Integrated manual validation layer to ensure extraction reliability and calculation accuracy
