Through Cronos Europa, I was seconded to the European Parliament as Product Manager for the institution's internal booking system, a critical digital platform managing reservations across 20 websites serving multiple EP units and stakeholders.
The project covered a complex backlog of 18 functional modules, requiring close coordination between business stakeholders, governance bodies, and development teams spread across different EP departments. My role required navigating the institutional processes of a major European institution while delivering tangible product improvements on a continuous basis.
