Overview

Emakina was a leading European digital agency, since absorbed by the consulting group EPAM and rebranded as EPAM Empathy Lab. As Project Manager, I led the delivery of multiple high-profile web projects for public institutions and private clients across Belgium, Switzerland, and Europe.

Over two years, I managed 4 concurrent or sequential projects, working with cross-European teams of up to 16 people. Projects ranged from complex CMS migrations and new web platform builds to back-end automation systems, always following an Agile methodology with daily monitoring and regular stakeholder governance.
